Friday Slackers, Skivers & Unemployed Ride
Friday morning is the unofficial start of the weekend, so if you are Slacking, Skiving, not working or just fancy a ride out with excellent company for about 90 mins then meet us at Big Maggys at about 09:15 for 09:30 roll out. The pace will allow everyone to test themselves and there will be re-grouping after any efforts.

Start the weekend with a shot of coffee then ride to a cake shop. Meet at Big Maggys at 08:40 to ride at 09:00 ish for a couple of hours of steady social Rouleuring with Tutu & Kate, or stretch your legs with Ian & James. either way, it finishes with Coffee & Cake.

Meeting at Big Maggys at 08:40 where the Coffee Apostles (Pete & Steve) will have the brew on. Aim to roll out at 09:00 for a steady Rouleuring, probably interspersed with some Leg Stretching Loops whilst we aim to complete the Strava GF for July of 130km. Finish at a Coffee & Cake shop somewhere around about 14:20.

Meet at 6pm, La Frégate (5:30pm at BM for coffee first) for 1.5 - 2 hours of around the rock leg stretching and intermittent sprinting. Finishing at the Boathouse, St Aubin.
