Wednesday Night Chain Gang
Meet at 6pm, La Frégate (5:30pm at BM for coffee first) for 1.5 - 2 hours of around the rock leg stretching and intermittent sprinting. Finishing at the Boathouse, St Aubin. The Friday gathering is at Big Maggys at 09:15 for our weekly Skivers ride. A pace to suit all for 90-120 minutes of banter and goading where nothing is taken too seriously. Riding bikes is what it is all about.

Start the weekend with a shot of coffee then ride to a cake shop. Meet at Big Maggys at 08:40 to ride at 09:00 ish for a couple of hours of steady social Rouleuring. We are in October so it is all about the Coffee, cake & Banter.

The slacking, skiving and generally not doing too much will take a new look next week when we introduce a few sections of encouragement and goading.
